Prior to forming the Company, he has spent his entire life in the Banking, having joined UCO BANK (United Commercial Bank) in Feb. 1969 and resigned from BANK OF               MONTREAL as Financial Services Manager. 

During his 32 Years in the Banking industry, he gained extensive experience in lending and people management

Since the inception of Superior Mortgage Force he has devoted himself
to developing the company. 

Achievements

His 3 Branches of UCO BANK were declared as model branches for providing exceptional customer services business development. For his excellent customer and performance he was selected to overseas posting to London UK.
The got Top Producing Mortgage Broker Award - 2002 & 2003 from Envision
Credit Union- and 100% club award from Bank of Montreal.

Community Services- Blood Camp

Helping people even with blood - he was known as Banker helping others with
blood.
Sports meet - he had also arranged the sports meets for community's
involvement.

His mission is to get It Right with Clients.

Raj Gill

After attending University of British Columbia , he completed his Mortgage Broker qualification and started working as the Sub Mortgage Broker in July, 2001.

He is a good Football player and learnt of art of being team player and believes in working and working till the customer is fully satisfied. 

Community Service: He has done of volunteer work at Surrey Memorial Hospital
